The principle of sustainability is embedded in all activities from support functions through to energy-efficient products, assembly activities to service maintenance.
Each member of the Emlak Konut Elevator family focuses on raising healthcare, safety and security standards, improving company awareness and performance, and promoting a broad range of international programs and initiatives around environmental and social issues.
Aspiring to be an industry-leading elevator company, we know that a dedicated team and a strong program are essential to achieve this goal as we move our sustainability management forward on a day-to-day basis.
Solar Power Plant (SPP)
At Emlak Konut Elevator, we consider the use of renewable energy sources in all our production and consumption activities an indispensable requirement of respect for environment and future.
We produce our own energy with the 2-MW Solar Power Plant built on a roof area of 15 thousand square meters in our production facility aspiring to contribute to industry and raise awareness with green production practices.

OUR ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

- We are working hard to reduce carbon emissions by using renewable energy in 90% of production and field operations,
- Achieve class A product technology in energy consumption and recovery,
- Recover up to 35% of the energy lost in the system with our regenerative motor designs,
- Produce all products from 95% recyclable and environment-friendly materials. We sincerely believe that we will achieve all these targets.
- In logistics and service operations, we primarily focus on less fuel-consuming and cleaner vehicles to reduce our carbon footprint.

OUR WATER EFFICIENCY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Our company is aware of the vital importance of conserving natural resources. In this context, with our policy compliant with the ISO 46001 Water Efficiency Management System (WEMS) standard, we aim to optimize our water usage. Through this policy, we communicate our commitment to the responsible and efficient use of water resources to all our stakeholders.
